For over 20 years, Toni has gained experience in a variety of settings. She effectively manages multiple tasks, building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers, works under minimal supervision and provides solid administrative support to executive level directors. During her 15 years at Kaiser Permanente, she acquired knowledge of organizational management, labor relations, benefits changes and annual budgeting.
