I am a quick learner and now become an IT all-rounder through experience. My current position at Darley Aluminium has transferred me from a pure technologist to a business project manager. Now I will approach an IT project with achieving business goals as top priority, consider change acceptance level of employees and the organization, propose and build cost-effective solutions which is not limited to IT, and maximize RIO as much as possible.
