Heading up the Councils Apprenticeship Hub, a team bringing all the Councils work around Apprenticeships and young peoples entrance to the workplace into one place -from Supported Internships up to level 5 higher Apprenticeships.
Working with managers across the County Council to change the ethos of the organisation to one that recruits young people and develops talent from within and thus increasing the number and range of internships and apprentices within the authority and changing the attitude towards recruitment so Apprenticeships are the norm, not the exception, and a genuine culture of future workforce planning and development is installed throughout the Council.
