As Regional Head of Talent Development & Resourcing for AXA Gulf, Tracy is responsible for implementing people strategies that enable AXA Gulf to recruit, train, and retain a high performing and motivated workforce. She is a Member of the Global AXA Learning Leadership Team defining the learning landscape for over 160,000 staff and is a member of several global workgroups driving the HR transformation at AXA. Prior to her role in AXA she held key roles in the region with Emirates, Dubal, Jumeriah and Emaar. With core specialization across Talent Management, L&D, Recruitment, Employer Brand, Diversity & Inclusion, Performance Management and Executive Leadership Development and Engagement.
