Tracy Miller, Ed.M. is the Online Teaching Coordinator in the Faculty Development and Instructional Design Center at Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, Illinois. Since she has joined faculty development the center has won three Blackboard Catalyst Awards for Staff Development, Teaching and Learning, and Exemplary Course Design.
