I observe and talk with users to understand and interpret how they need products to actually work. As a senior practitioner of Human Centred Design, the role is often pivotal between stakeholders and management; colleagues and peers, not only to ensure projects are completed but also that team dynamics remain engaged and confrontation free. I have led both global teams and national scaled projects, in central government and the private sector.
