I began my career several decades ago as a Medical Laboratory Scientist. I am now a Specialist in the field of Blood Banking; which is a branch of hematology which studies antigen-antibody reactions and analogous phenomena as they relate to the pathogenesis and clinical manifestations of blood disorders.
I hold a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from Louisiana State University. I have held positions as Chief Technologist in three Canadian Hospital Transfusion Services; Director of Laboratory Services and Director of Business Development at LifeShare Blood Centers in Shreveport, Louisiana; Adjunct Faculty in the College of Business at Louisiana State University
