I am interested in materials science and engineering, especially nanotechnology. I studied materials science and engineering at Ho Chi Minh city University of Technology. I received a Master's Degree (2008) and a Ph.D (2012) in materials science and engineering from Hanyang university. Currently, my research interests include synthesis and device applications of ZnO nanostructures, graphene and BN nanostructures such as nanotubes, nanowires and nanosheets.
