Tushar joined MetLife as part of the Global Leadership Development Program (GLDP), in the role of a Digital Transformation Manager for EMEA based out of Dubai office. In the past, he was a GLDP Intern in Regional Marketing, Asia in MetLife based out of Hong Kong office. Prior to his MBA he was working with McKinsey & Co, India office as a Senior Research Analyst focussed on Banking and Financial services undertaking both strategy and implementation projects. In this role, he has developed significant exposure having worked with clients across India and with a variety of stakeholders driving structured impact oriented problem solving in ambiguous and challenging environments
