As Integration Manager I am part of the Acquisition team analysing target businesses, performing Due Diligence and reporting results. After a deal closes I can act as project manager and assist the newly acquired company to integrate reporting, systems, costing and acquisition accounting, either on-site or remotely as required. I support operational improvements with training and facilitation. In current subsidiary businesses I provide training in lean, SMED and process mapping.
