Climate change is one of the defining challenges of our time. Looking beyond its obvious environmental impact, climate change hits the world’s 2.6 billion poorest people hardest, it’s a matter of survival, and UNDP is responding on the front line. On the ground in more than 170 countries and territories, UNDP works with its team of specialists based around the world to develop a unique set of guidance and resources to support countries in developing, implementing, monitoring and evaluating adaptation initiatives.
