Within Huawei H3G for Three.co.uk mobility Network in Reading.
Responsibilities:
Provide 3rd level technical support for NSN Mobile Packet core elements
(SGSN, FlexiISN, FlexiNG, Charging Gateway, DPI engine, RADIUS) on an daily and on-call basis
Networking Monitoring on Velocent, CACTI, Traffica and NetAct probes.
Customers Incidents troubleshooting (Radius Authentication, Billing and Provisioning System)
Implementation and Integration of Work Orders on NSN SGSN, Flexi ISN, Flexi NG ,HLR and DNS
