• Working on CSRs (Emergency, High, Medium, Low) raised by 2nd Level Assurance Team. • Handling & Resolving Network Emergency/Outage of CCN, CRS, SDP (IN Nodes) of Most Sensitive Circle Delhi, Punjab, UP under SLA • Posses Ownership of CCN, CRS and SDP nodes of Intelligent Network for Troubleshooting in Upgrades/Recommendation/Feature Activation/Package Installation. • Major Involvement in Implementation/Configuration/Testing/Production Support of New Feature of CS5.0 like Mobile Broadband Charging, GEO-Redundancy • Verifying MIR (Major Incident Reports) from Second Level as raised by Incident Manager. • Religiously Implementing the Recommended Patches and Scripts in all No...
