Singer, guitarist and, first and foremost, songwriter, Valdo Silva hails from the state of Goias in central Brazil. Valdo relocated to London in the early 1990s, where in addition to performing live with both fellow Brazilians and international musicians he collaborated on a number of productions, notably the soundtrack of the BBC TV series BORN TO RUN, an album of Brazilian songs for UK publisher STANDARD MUSIC, and as featured vocalist on the album "PRA SEMPRE" (moophonix) alongside musicians of the calibre of IVAN LINS, CHARLIE WOOD, T脡O LIMA, MESTRES DA BATERIA DA MANGUEIRA, & CORO DO BATACOT脭.
