Graduated with honours in Educational Sciences with a specialism in Training processes at the Universit脿 Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Milano. She has worked for some ten years in the HR Departments of multinational companies (Pirelli Real Estate and Pirelli Tyres) gaining a breadth and depth of experience in charge of Training, Career Development programmes and Internal Communications.
In recent years her freelance work has centred on training, communication and development projects and event management. As a project manager she has overseen training systems for national and multinational organisations.
