As a Training Coordinator in the Organizational Development Department, I assist with the design and implementation of organizational action plans by leading workshops and courses as an instructor or trainer.
Some of the topics of the training courses I facilitate/instruct include: human resources, customer service, supervisory and leadership skills, utility specific in-house programs, basic language skills, and technical computer training. Furthermore, I evaluate the effectiveness of training modules, workshops, and courses and make recommendations as necessary.
