ChildServe provides post acute pediatric health care services in 19 facility and home based settings for children with special health care needs. Since 1992 ChildServe has increased its annual operating budget from $5.5 million and 175 staff while serving 125 children to $43 million and 1175 staff while serving 2230 children. This expansion was guided by intentional strategic planning and organizational transformation initiatives designed to extend the mission into home and community based settings.
