I have more than seven years of work experience in public health with the government, international NGO and a UN agency. My first job at Department of AIDS Control gave me the opportunity to work with vulnerable population in diverse settings. The experience was particularly useful in identifying priority areas for intervention, operational challenges in service delivery, collaboration with donors and creating evidence for policy-making. Additionally, my work at Population Council, gave me an opportunity to conduct research, understand donor priorities, raise funds for innovative projects and most importantly disseminate evidence to assist the donor/ government in key strategic decisions....
