Prior to LBS I enjoyed a successful career in finance and wealth management in China, including a spell as a Director of the People's Bank of China, the country's central Bank. Within the 18 years, I found I enjoyed teaching/coaching the financial executives and growing people the most.
As a Sloan Fellow, I am now able to devote considerable experience and talents to topics of strong personal interest- hence my research and work into the educational sector. I know I will enjoy doing well and also doing good. The journey is the reward.
