I am an Assistant Professor in the Strategic Management and Organization Department at the University of Alberta.
I study the processes organizations use to develop new capabilities and routines. Most of my research features high technology contexts such as "Big Data" or online display advertising. I primarily use qualitative research methods such as participant observation, but also draw on experimental and quantitative methods.
