One important key to success is self-confidence and an important key to self-confidence is preparation. I stay true to myself and my style, and I am always pushing myself to be aware of that and to be original.
After completing my graduation as a Telecom Engineer I had the opportunity to be a part of Air India鈥檚 operation department where my role was that of a scheduling officer to the flight crew. It was a great task at hand since I was new to the aviation industry and was assigned the task to help the company shift from the traditional rostering way to fully computerized operations. The job taught me how to be disciplined, dedicated, organised which helped me to grow professionally.
