Manage the complete Employee Life cycle Events viz on boarding, induction, promotions, salary revisions
Aligning organizational goals to team/individual goals and communicating performance expectations to employees
Facilitating discussions on performance issues if any along with the managers and ensure fair and transparent appraisal system
Identifying training needs (behavioral / functional) in discussion with Regional Heads
Drive employee engagement by way of forums like HR Connect
