Vicente is a IT consultant with deep knowledge of specialized IT systems. He began his carreer as IBM Mainframe system programmer in z/OS and VSE operating systems then he became specialist in Airline Transaction systems based in CPARS and ALCS.
After 15 years working in the Travel and Transportation industry, he became a solutions specialist for airlines and airports in IBM Latin America.
