Mr. Vidyut V. Mhetras believes that continuous learning & skill enhancement is key to explore & utilize human

excel in their personal and professional lives and make a difference.
As a part of this commitment Mr. Mhetras has been conducting training programs on various subjects of
professional growth and development for the past many years. He has conducted these programs from Middle
Management to Junior Executives within the organization. He has imparted training to over 2500 participants
through approx. 120 programs in his career. He has also trained 12 Trainers in various topics over a period of
more than 7 years.

spread over various industries like IT, Software, Telecom Marketing and Automobiles.
Mr. Mhetras is a Commerce Graduate from Bombay University. He is a rank holder in Masters in Labour Studies
from MILS, Bombay University and was accorded University Merit Scholarship. He is also having a Diploma in
Training & Development from ISTD, New Delhi and is also a Law graduate from Mumbai University. While
doing his jobs he continued pursuing a MS in Psychotherapy & Counselling and also a Master’s Diploma in
Business Administration with specialization in Marketing, which he believed helped him to emerge as a much
diverse and stronger Trainer.
Mr. Mhetras has completed Landmark Curriculum of Living from Landmark Education Corp., USA. It is a
program designed to bring about a Paradigm Shift or Transformation in what is possible in our lives. He also has
undergone Advanced Laboratory in Human Processes conducted by ISABS. Both these organisations use T-
Group or Sensitivity Training methodology. He is also a Master Practitioner of NLP under Dr. William Horton,
(NFNLP), USA; a Trained Hypno-Therapist by Leading Hypnotist Prof. Manohar Naik and Trained Reiki Master
Level III by Leading Reiki Grand Master Mrs. Sunanda Tikar.
Mr. Mhetras is invited by various companies and management institutions to conduct training programs. His
participants include executives of Reliance Infocomm, Global Telesystems Ltd, InfraSoft Technologies Ltd.,
Blue Star Infotech Ltd., Kopran Ltd., Essel World, Arya Communications, Modern Group, Central Institute
Fisheries Education and various Management Institutions.
Mr. Mhetras has assisted in editing and designing the book on Management Concepts ‘Managing for Winning’
with Dr. Mhetras in 1998. He has co-authored another Book with Dr. V.G. Mhetras titled ‘New Dimensions of
Management Development– Methods, Training, Education’. He has edited the 3rd book independently titled
‘Ideas & Thoughts of Dr. Vishnu G. Mhetras’ and is currently working on part II. He has also authored few
articled in Professional Magazines. He has also assisted Dr. V.G. Mhetras in processing the court cases for his
book on industrial jurisprudence ‘Misconducts, Enquiry & Dismissal’ published in 1994.
Mr. Mhetras was Joint Secretary of NSS unit of his Graduation College for two years and was also awarded the
Best NSS Volunteer. He was also the General Secretary of Planning Forum in Post Graduation at MILS.
2. Mr. Mhetras is an avid hiker & trekker and has completed 4 long-range Trekking Expeditions in Himalayas
through Youth Hostel Association of India and continues to go on hiking in Sahyadri ranges. He also has interest
in adventure sports, travelling, Music, Reading and loves to go on long drives.
