About
As a scientist and Head of Technology, I have extensive experience in managing and developing multi-cultural and cross-functional teams in the field of silicon technology. My research activities are on the development of nanoscale resistive random access memory (ReRAM) devices and integration with the submicron MOSFET transistor (180nm and 90-nm CMOS).
The recent technology breakthroughs of my research have been highlighted in "The Economist" Magazine of March 2017.
