Ive been a martial artist for over 21 years. I'm a Master instructor in Tae Kwon Do. I'm the Owner of U.S. Elite Martial Arts & Fitness Center in Arlington Hts. IL. I am also a future Diamond Executive for the Mona Vie company. I love to help people wether its with their physical fitness, with their businesses or with their health/diet. We can acheive our goals.
