I work on behalf of business organizations seeking to fill vacant positions. I research and I recruit candidates whose competencies are consistent with customer needs and I often deal with professionals with a customer base to persuade them to consider other career opportunities. I'm also able to project and manage the start-up of a sales structure. My customers are very different either for their industries either for their size, but they all know that I can do what a recruiter is not able to do. I have activated and collaborated to the implementation of different projects, for available resources and for finalities, sharing and developing with my partners technical and relational co.
