Over the last 5 years, Francis has worked in various startup at various stages of inception and also has been involved in the innovation groups through service design and design thinking.
He also hosted the first Global Service Jam in India and recently also hosted it second time this March with the global host present in Bangalore. He is also active jury for design thinking post graduate batch in NIFT and also is a Dream:In Mentor for Idiom.
