Dr Voldis Kudliskis Ph.D., is Post-16 Provision Co-ordinator and Course Leader (Sociology) at South Dartmoor Community College, part of the South Dartmoor Academy, located in Devon, England. He has worked with various age groups in a variety of capacities. He has been conducting research into Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), in an educational context, over the past eight years. He has published a number of scholarly articles focusing upon explaining 鈥淲hat works鈥� in an educational context when utilising NLP. Voldis鈥� current research involves applying specific positive language, grounded within the NLP Communication Model, to support students who have Special Educational Needs (SEN).
