Bill Dutton is an Oxford Martin Fellow in the Global Centre for Cybersecurity Capacity (GCSCC) in the Department of Computer Science, and a Senior Fellow at the OII, at the University of Oxford. He is also a Visiting Professor at Leeds University and an Emeritus Professor at the University of Southern California. He was the first Professor of Internet Studies at the University of Oxford, where he was founding director of the Oxford Internet Institute, and a Professorial Fellow at Balliol College.
