RESPONSIBILITIES/TASKS:
Support the Project team with commercial advice throughout the contracting cycle and develop commercial strategies for the project in conformity with appropriate company processes, legislation and best practice.
Control all financial aspects of the project, including the negotiation of sub-contract accounts interim valuations and payments
When required ensure that subcontract progress is monitored and controlled against agreed program. Identify and investigate any variations from plan and notify these to appropriate personnel, agreeing and implementing appropriate remedial action with contract manager.
