Currently, I work for UNRWA in West Bank as Deputy Chief Field Education Programme and previously I worked as Head Education Development Centre. During my with UNRWA, I was and still engaged in the Education Reform Strategy in UNRWA schools, Education Recovery Plan and played a leading role in several programmes such as: leading for the future (for school principals), School Based Teacher Development (for teachers), Human Rights, Conflict Resolution and Tolerance Education, School as a focus for Development and Management Development.
