1. Responsible for new product platform planning and developing new business plans; create cash flow forecasts, budgets for new ventures and manage financial results in the start up period of the new projects.
2. Driving the strategy for all ADCs (e.g. Omni, ATM/Debit cards, call center customer experience, IVR, and POS etc.) considering implications of customer expectations.
