I work together with colleagues from different fields of operation to produce a coherent Supply Chain which can be depended upon for security of stock, lead times, integrity of service, and with compliance ensured for the various legislative controls imposed across the European Community. Consultive processes and cycles of continuous improvement are the basis for producing a cost effective, sturdy Supply Chain, robust enough to meet the demands of a major retailer with aggressive expansion plans. Much of the day to day work is participation in several projects running concurrently across the business portfolio.
