My research aims to translate evidence-based guidelines into clinical practice and policy, using behavioural science methods. I have developed and evaluated a range of theory- and evidence-based behaviour change interventions aimed at improving health and well-being at the individual and population level. Interventions have been delivered face-to-face to individuals or groups, by phone and text-messaging. Their intensity ranges from very brief (five minutes) to very intensive (four years).
I am particularly interested in:
1. Scalable behaviour change interventions, e.g., very brief interventions and mHealth interventions.
