I am attached to Sri Lanka Administrative Service and finaly served as the Chief Secretary to the Sabaragamuwa Provincial Council. After the retirement I have served as the convenior to the Presidential Task Force On Productivity Improvement,CEO S.L.T.B. ,Vice-Chairman NAITA,DG NIFNE.Now I am serving as the Chairman of the National Human Resources Development Council Of Sri Lanka.
