Using some tools like PRTG, SCOM 2012, ZENOSS, I offer monitoring of all those services. I administer Help Desk servers to offer end user fast service of their tickets. I deploy virtual machines for application and database servers. I monitor email blacklist to maintain the services all time available. I manage some standard technologies as FLEXPOD: Netapp, Vmware, Cisco UCS.
