The XCELL Mentor Program is a collaborative project between universities and high schools in the East Tennessee region. XCELL offers mentoring services to students who are interested in pursuing education after high school. We hope to help English Language Learners, Hispanic and/or international students, or other students from diverse language backgrounds or heritages.
XCELL is funded by the Tennessee Board of Regents through an Access and Diversity Grant. We hope to increase diversity in Tennessee colleges, universities, and vocational schools!
