What i do i do with passion ! Starting a business with Healthy organic fairtrade certified chocolate from choconature after i used for 2 years xocai chocolate.When i learned more about cacao i found out that there is a way to maintain more active ingredients and enzymes in the chocolate when you not ferment or roast it at all like they all do (also the provider callebout who delivers to the factory in Canada who make xocai chocolate)
That's one of the reasons i left Xocai but also the cheaper ingredients they use as sucralose a artificial sweetner that's bad for your health on long term.
