I have accumulated experience in social and community development where programmes and projects were planned, implemented, M & E. Research has been part and parcel of my professional work especially on action research aimed at improving operations. The interest has also risen relating to organizational development, strategy and knowledge management. Hence I have conducted research on learning history related to change management and several environmental scans. I'm mainly influenced by systems thinking theories and practices.
