Yaimara Peñate received his B.S. degree (2003) in Industrial Engineering in the University of Cienfuegos (Cienfuegos, Cuba). In July 2009 she received the M.S. degree in Business Administration at the University of Oviedo (Oviedo, Spain) and received her PhD. Degree from the same University on July 2013.
