As a Product Manager, I get involved in many activities:
Definition of MVPs along with a value analysis,
Management of the Agile Roadmaps always according to deadlines, team capacity and allocated budget.
Also driving business needs analysis, animation of business workshops and detailed user stories writing.
As a manager, I manage 2 Feature teams (20 FTEs) in the Agile SAFe framework. I also already experienced during several years the India offshore development (+30 FTEs).
