Coordinating new procure-to-pay system implementation. The new system focuses on the effective organization of the Procure-to-Pay processes within Johnson & Johnson and Janssen Pharmaceutica NV. Responsibilities:
-Providing training and support to end users of P2P systems - ARIBA, LYNX and local P2P related applications
-Working on awareness of the end-users and other involved partners in the process
-SOX reporting
-Collecting feedback from stakeholders on process improvements and working on enhancement with local and global Tax, Accounting and Treasury, Finance, Procurement, Galaxy and other IT-related support teams
