My working background is based on 3 things.
- Mechanical design of Vacuum system and Optical system.
- Joint development, Technical support, Application support experience.
- Knowledge of Opt-mechatronics, DUV (including Immersion) lithography and Vacuum (up to 10-6 Pa level) technologies.
My goal for short term (for 5-10years) is to show my ability and skill up as an engineer that can develop new technologies, new products based on my backgrounds above.
Moreover, my goal for long term is to become technical consultant based on my development experience, Patent lawyer or to continue development.
