IT Project Manager position which utilize my Project Management experience in the system integration of some types of industry.
There are the following characteristics about a lot of RED projects and Fail projects regardless of the type of business.
1. it is not able to the Scope definition.
2. it is not clear the location of responsibility for project by being multiple manager or decision maker for project. In other words, decision-making of Project manager is inhibited by anyone.
3. it is not able to decide the criteria of any work packages.
4. it is not able to manage the change process. or it is not able to look again the schedule...
