He received his BS degree from Hefei University of technology in 2001, and he received his Ph.D. degree via the Direct Ph.D. program (jointly provided by SJTU and University of Michigan) from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2006, majoring in intelligent signal and information processing, to be more specific, focusing on spare signal processing (which is also named compress sensing currently)
