Working in a manufacturing environment as a lean facilitator allows my focus to be on continuous improvement and process improvement. My focus is to train employees on how to do their jobs more effectively and to implement programs and changes that make for a safer, more productive, and more cost effective work environment. My flexibility has allowed me to work in a range of departments which allows me to have a broad overview of all processes and how they are affected by both the suppliers and end users of a process.
