About
My research interests focus on nanostructured and multifunctional materials for advanced mechanical, thermal, optical, electrical and magnetic properties for various applications.
Materials include cellulose nanofibers, carbon nanotubes, carbon nanofibers and their composites with metals, ceramics and polymers, in the forms of fiber, paper, thin film, textile, aerogel, and 3D printed designed structures, with aimed functionalities.
Previously I also did research on functional smart materials like ferroelectrics, ferroelastic shape memory alloy, ferromagnetic materials that properties can be tuned by external mechanical, electrical, and magnetic fields.
