I have a lot of passion to drive digital development team. This means recruit, build, motivate, planning, coach, monitoring and management.
In technical knowledge, I have more experiences in ASP.net (VB and C#) development also database design, site structure design and web-service/REST. For others programming language i used SQL, LINQ, XML, JSON, AJAX, HTML, CSS, Javascript and jQuery. MVC and Web API are latest skills on .NET platform. For source control ever been used GitLab, Source Safe until now Team Foundation Service (TFS). For database, mostly in SQL server but have been work a bit in Oracle and MySQL.
