A non-typical geek with diverse professional experiences in engineering tutoring, translation, and entrepreneurship. At University of Malaya, currently finishing my master thesis in Materials Engineering with funding from High Impact Research (HIR), UM's arm that funds projects which will result in publication of manuscripts in Tier 1 ISI/Web of Science journals.
The present study is about putting aircraft aluminum under combined torsion and tension loading to study their resistance to fracture. Fracture mechanics and numerical analysis are adopted in this work.
